Days Inn Daytona Oceanfront, Daytona Beach Shores

This was a very good and comfortable hotel. The price was just right and the location was the best. All the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and clean. Also the bathrooms were not to small.They also have a heated pool that felt great after swimming in the ocean.Their located right on the beach, so you can see the ocean right off the balcony, This was a great family place. I recommend that if you are going to Daytona Beach FL and you are taking your family, this is the place for you. Comfortable, quiet, family friendly and right on the beach. On the other have I had a few complaints. The beds were to small. (There were 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids) Get on the higher floors the view is better.(We were on the ground floor. Park in the garage at night; more spaces and safer.) Kids spit of the balcony at night so don't sit outside near the doors. Sit on the other side of the pool. Wash your clothes at night there is a wait in the daytime. There is no continental breakfast there. Just coffee in your room. Other than that I had a wonderful experience there and I would go back and recommend this hotel to other people.

There were absolutely no dislikes! We were totally impressed with everything in our five night stay. The whole establishment was clean and well maintained.The staff {hi Eddy] were all very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here everytime we come to Daytona!

This is a real 5 star place to stay on a 2 star budget..The room, service, and hotel are really at the top

my family has been going to this hotel for almost 7 years now we have not gone to any other hotel but any time we go the hot tub is always broken or gross such as it being very green and smelly and not like clorine smell but other than that a great hotel.

The railings on the patios from the guest rooms were so far apart that our toddler was able to get her head through them. We had to constantly watch her if we were on the patio and make sure she did not go anywhere near the railings. Obviously, this hotel has not updated their railings to safety standards. Very, very unsafe!!!! The carpet in the room was so dirty, that our feet were almost black after walking around the room. This hotel defenitely needs some updating. Front desk service was great, but we wouldn't go back there again.

we stayed 2 years ago here with my 7yr and 1yr old and it was great. the staff was excellent and considerate to the fact we had a baby in the room. out room was clean and the location was the best. the rate was unbeatable. we are returning this july.

I'll be honest - I usually go out of my way to avoid staying at a Day's Inn so this one was a pleasant surprise. The desk clerk (Eddie I think) was friendly and helpful, parking was convenient and the room was clean and well laid out. The ocean view was excellent and the pool deck was vrey nice. I will still be careful about staying at Day's Inns but this one is very good and reasonable for ocean front property.

We have stayed at this property for years and it gets harder each year to pay the rate for 8 rooms. We called the hotel and Patrick the manager was great working with our family on moving our group to a time that we could more afford and than helping even more with the rate. The hotel looks a million times better than last year so keep up the good work, my family would like to offer a personal thank you to Terry in housekeeping and Patrick for all the years of making us feel more like family that a dollar sign. Thanks and see you in June 2007

We have been staying at this hotel for the last 10 years and we love it. The staff is as good as there is. They have upgraded the hotel with new items and it looks perfect. I love the oceanfront view

We loved the new pool deck area. The rooms were all new and fresh painted. We always loved this hotel and we are so happy with all the new changes
