I stayed here for 3 days/nights and was visiting the orange beach/gulf shores area. Though I couldn't afford the 'beach-front' prices, this best-western was still in the lower $100 range. There is a best western on the beach in gulf shores that was all booked up on the weekend I traveled there, though I would've payed a little extra for the ocean view. The location from the beaches is great, the street it's on takes you right there after about 8 miles of scenery.
The room was very clean and every time I called the front desk for anything it was immediately brought to me.
The only complaint I have is on the day of check out nobody bothered to give us our wake-up call even though the desk clerk called back to confirm the time the night before.
I would defintely stay here again, though next time I'll probably try to best western on the beach!
