Sleep Inn Summersville, Summersville

I thought the hotel was GREAT. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and the water was hot!! There are several restaurants close to the hotel also. If you are in Summersville or coming through and need a place to stay this is it!!

We stayed 4 nights at this Sleep Inn In Summersville., The maid left Our room door unlocked and ajar after cleaning. When we talked to Front desk, the clerk stated that the maid was a trainee, That was not an acceptable reason, they then said they thought we had checked out,even tho OUR things were still in the room and we had booked the room for 5 nights. I was very unset and told them anyone could have went in our room and stolen everything, The clerk then said no one was there, duh, that was not true. She made every excuse possible for this serious mistake made by the maid. Needless to say, this was not a serious issue to them and was not concerned that we were upset. Management needs to be changed at this location, then maybe this kind of mistake will not happen to anyone else. Sincerely, Sharon B

This is a very intelligently designed small hotel. Room layout is perfect, so is the shower area, which has an excellent shower with multiadjustable shower head. The alarm clock works, so does the TV with a good selection of channels. Breakfast is fine. A breakfast room has plenty of space. Good restaurants are close by.
