it's ok

We stayed here for a convention. The location is great (next to the convention center) as was the staff at the check in desk. But the rooms left a little to be desired. The tv was old, there was supposed to be a MP3 hookup on the clock radio, but it was not there, there was no wi-fi (only dial-up if you want to pay 25 cents a minute) there was no refrigerator or microwave. These are not essential, but when you pay the price they charge, you expect a little more. I also did not think the beds were all that comfortable.
On the positive side, the bathroom was large, good shower and the air conditioning worked well without freezing you out.
We got stuck in an elevator, it dropped and rocked three times. We rang the alarm and no one heard it. After finding the phone near the floor, someone answered and sent a crew to help. It was scary but didn't seem out of the ordinary to them.
Will I stay here again, probably not. There are plenty of hotels in this city.
