Holiday Inn Express Downtown, Spokane

This is my second time staying here and I had to write this review to share my experience. We traveled to Spokane to watch the Chiefs game and the hotel's location couldnt be more perfect (only 2 blocks a way from the arena). Aside from the spotless room and nice view, the staff has once again provided the highest level of service I have ever experienced. At last night's game, my daughter started to feel ill and need to retreat back to the room so, my wife decided to grab a cab. Instead, the Holiday Inn staff insisted they pick her up and return her to the hotel. As they did, they even brought along water my dehydrated daughter. Then when they arrived at the hotel, they offered to make us some chicken noodle soup! Amazing..! The staff here is dedicated at providing the highest level of service and quality. Because of that, we will always return here. If you havent, give them a try and I am positive you will be satisfied (if not amazed) at the service you will receive. A+++++
