Quality Inn and Suites Eureka Springs, Eureka Springs

We had a Wonderful experience here! We got married in Eureka Springs last year and stayed here. We were able to stay here last minute due to a.c. going out at the motel 6 DO NOT STAY AT THE MOTEL 6! Holiday Inn Express gave us a GREAT rate due to our inconvenience and it being our wedding! It is beautiful in this place! People were so friendly too! Definitely gunna stay here again!

As we first walking into our room, all I can saw was WOW! Very spacious, Very Clean, and Very cozy!! Beds were comfy and the water pressure in shower was great! (thats a biggie with me!) Bring your swimsuits, because the indoor pool is PERFECT! (if the hot-tub didnt close at 11pm, I'd probley STILL be there instead of at home, writing this review)It was cool to swim and look up at the big projection screen and watch movies and eat popcorn too! The complimentary hot breakfast hit the spot! Everything was fresh, tasted good, and the variety was totally unexpected! Me and the kiddos LOVED it (I actually didnt have to BEG them to get up and come down to eat!) Front desk personel were AWSOME! So nice, and really cared about our needs! Kudos to you!! A little more pricy than some of the other places off 62, but OHHHH SOOOO WORTH IT!!!!

The Beds were absolutely HORRIBLE. Didn't hardly sleep first night only from exhaustion. When talked to management they didn't seem to care. Even called Holiday Inn Corporate. Will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again.

I searched lots of motels for our stay in Eureka Springs and we are so glad we chose this motel! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price was great. The indoor pool is awesome. The trolley picks you up right in front. Easy to get to the motel too. There are many motels in the area but this is one to really consider!

I stayed at the Holiday in Express August of 2005. From the beggining my expectations were exceeded. When we arrived, we received an upgrade because our room was not ready instead of being asked to wait. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. The continental breakfast also exceeded that of any hotel in the area we had stayed at. Definately an exceptional value and we chose to book this hotel for our wedding guests next May.

If I were in charge of making a commercial for the Holiday Inn Hotels and needed to find the best overall H.I. - this would be it! Everything was perfect! Spotless! Nice Decor! But what impressed me most was the staff, they were so professional and friendly. Front Desk, Maids, even the maintenance guy - all wonderful. I highly recommend this one.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon in May 2003. I thought the staff girls were kind of rude, but overall we enjoyed staying there. The pool was great! The breakfast orange juice was the best... I would probably come back, but the staff needs to be more friendly.

We try to vacation in Eureka Springs at least once a year and we always choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are very clean. The children especially like the indoor swimming pool. I definitely recommend this Hotel.
