I'm pretty fussy about my hotel rooms. I have Asthma. Our room was pretty clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay.

The only complaint we had was the pool, it was small. There was people waiting to get in the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a mexican restaurant next door and the food is great! We would stay again. My biggest thing is clean and it was clean. You couldn't get into the breakfast room because it was too crowded, so I can't comment on the breakfast.

Checked in 8-31-07 with grandkids hair dryer does not work. Notified front desk got hair dryer 9-1-07. 9-2-07 air conditioner goes out in the room nothing blowing. Informed front desk in the am, said for inconvenience will speak with General Manager to get a discount. Upon checkout no discount offered. 9-2-07 returned from all day on the beach, we did have fresh towels big of them but beds not made sheets not changed.Wife and I travel quite a bit during the year, and stay at Comfort Inns quite a bit. Our stay here was average. Nothing to brag about here. Did not like the beds or the cleaniness of the rooms and bathrooms. The price was to much for this average room. Stayed one night. Did like the wireless internet connection.

This hotel is convenient to interstate 10 and local activities. Several national department stores located nearby, together with several resturants. The rooms were clean and service was friendly. The complemantary breakfast was a good standard contiental meal. My family has stayed at hotel on several occasions in connection with soccer tournaments in the Pensacola area. We have two upcoming events in Pensacola and will stay again at this Comfort Suites.
