Palais Namaskar, Marrakesh

The whole experience was great. The staff were so helpful, pleasant and friendly. The beach, the pool and cafe on the beach were so relaxing and enjoyable. The food was very good in open buffet breakfast, fish restaurant and the Italian one. I did not like it in the dinner buffet. I would definetly go there again

We had an excellent holiday. The food in the buffet was adequate, but there are other restaurants on the complex, and as we were B and B it ws no problem to use them. They were a similar price to the buffet. The room. We changed to one with a better view, as the first was rather dark. But bath rooms were large and spotless. A problem for those with small children, who go to bed at an English time, might be that the entertainment was outside and so could be rather loud from 9 - 11 p.m. Although with double glazing, thick curtains and air conditioning it was well muffled. A good holiday.

The hotel is way above other hotels nearby (Hilton/Grand) in terms of beach and pool facilities and setting. (all close to the each other unlike the other hotels where the pool is some way from the beach)The evening food is good but the beach lunchtime food is indifferent and usually lukewarm. The best menu is the room service. The staff deliver an indifferent & inconsistent service. Expect an average 4 star service & you will enjoy the experience. The ship bar in the evening has an excellent atmosphere.Overall a relaxing experience.
