Not a good place..
By ,
First of all, I have high expectations about this hotel. But when I am in my suite, I found out that my bathroom was dirty, the doors were spoilt and cannot be locked. Later that night, my room's power came off. What an unpleasent surprise... I hope they will improve their hotel before it's too late.

first and last
By ,
I have been to many three star hotels before so I want to have some experience on 4 star hotels' 28th of July, I came to check in counter at 1pm to confirm about my booking that I did a week before. But what I got it maked me angry and shouted at them. A young Malay lady asked one of the staff to give me a complimentary drink SO I CAN KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT UP. I check in at 5pm. What a horrible afternoon at a 4 star hotel !!!!!

Nasty Dynasty
By ,
First of all, let me tell you that I am not a picky traveler. I expect reasonable room and reasonable service for reasonable price. When I paid USD 80 for two nights at De Nasty, oops sorry, Dynasty, I never dreamed of five-star facility. Not even four-star. Or I must say, not even three. But when I got there, I was unpleasantly surprised. The room is unnecessarily large, I wonder if they should have put the required capital to a better good: an efficiently small and CLEAN room. I found left-over snacks from some stranger who stayed there god-knows how many days before I did. Mind you, its a large piece instead of a forgivable small crumb, and its next to the bed instead of under it. If they don't clean the apparent-right-there-in-front-of-you dirt, it is most likely they didn't have a look at some not-so-obvious-remaining-aftertaste, if you know what I mean. Dear readers, I wont go further describing the condition of corridor, carpet, cushion etc. No matter what time you choose to have a little chat with the front office or housekeeping, there is a huge possibility that the only answer you get is that voice in your own ached head. My brother who stayed in the other room achieved a one-time success in reaching the hotel staff to ask for clean towels, and the desk was being a pain in the butt and told him that the towels will be replaced when housekeeping cleans the room. And of course nobody cleaned the room. The location is fortunately not that bad. Its only two blocks away from Titiwangsa monorail, but if you want to go after midnite you have to take a cab and itll cost you 15 ringgit (USD 4) to Alor Street/Bukit Bintang area. Were also quite pleased to see the breakfast buffet and some items are actually good. Just avoid the pancake (it tastes like feet..after a long walk) and the porridge (I can still taste the watery uncooked rice..its so plain, fifteen ounces of salt wouldnt hurt). If you have a plane to catch and must have an early breakfast, do yourself a favor let go of the nasi lemak, because it will be served cold. All in all for better or worse, Im pretty sure you have a lot of other options before you decide to waste your money in this crappy hotel. Kuala Lumpur is not an expensive city so USD 40 does worth something and you should be able to find an at-least-decent place to crash.
