Americas Best Value Inn, Needles

DIRTY DIRTY NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This hotel needs to be checked by somebody for health issues. The front desk is very disliking as soon as you walk in they greeted me with (what do you want). Will never stay at this place again. Good luck to any body that does stay there. This place is a PIT!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask if the sheets are changed between customers, get your answer then see for yourself. don't expect them to make your bed either. bare bones hotel, breakfast is nothing more than grocery store bread and bagels and colored sugar water.

My sister, my nephew and I stayed and had a great time. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the continental breakfast, the laundry facilities. The management (David and Don) were wonderful and very helpful. The rate that we received via the internet was very nicely priced. We plan on staying there again next time we plan to be in Needles. This place is a joke.I was so tired from driving I picked the first Hotel I saw, I would of rather slept in my car.A very unprofessional place to stay, you can tell by the employee at the front desk that all she cared about is getting your money and didnt really care if if I stayed there or not . The towels I am sure were bought from the dollar store right next door , couldnt tell if they were suposto be white or yellow, or tye dyed.The office looks like they fixed it up from that dollar store and maybe a few flea markets,It had so much clutter in there I couldnt see the little trole behind the desk, what a dump. The price was ok. I guess ya get what ya pay for.I did however like my room, it was very roomy and it had a fridge.

I stayed at this motel in January of 2008. Manager gave me a ride to Bullhead City airport twice because I had problems with my car, and he didn't even charge me for that. I got a room discount on the second day of my stay, me and my family had a really good time even though we were in critical condition after our car broke down. A supermarket and a couple of restaurant are within walking distance, so that was really convenient. My wife has back problems, but the beds are very comfortable at this motel and she had a really good time. Rooms are clean, and we enjoyed fresh bagels, oatmeal and coffee in the morning. They have a microwave oven and mini oven in a breakfast room which is open 24 hours a day. There is a lot of parking space available next to a room. I'd recommend this motel to everybody and if I ever drive through Needles I'll definitely stay there again.

I called and made a reservation and had to cancel (24 hour notice given) as stated by an employee. Charge was still made to my credit card. Manager stated he would give me a room for free. I called and spoke to the manager to get my free room. The free room turned into a 20% discount. My credit card company spoke to the manager and he stated a 48 hour notice is needed to cancel a reservation. The employee making the reservation stated a 24 hour notice is needed not a 48 hour notice. The manager lied to my credit card company or the employee lied to me. How many times have they pulled this stunt to make money off people? I would not recommend anyone stay here and I definately would not trust the manager!!

Very good service at front desk. I stayed for a night and the room was very clean and well maitained. Ample parking and Wi-fi connection excellent.

This place is just awful. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and the shower was broken, for starters. The constant drone of semi trucks driving by (and I asked for the quietest room!) kept us awake nearly all night. Continental B'fast? Pleeeeaase~ the worst set-up I have ever seen. I wouldn't stay here ever again. I read a great review online of this place and fully believe that the owner must have written it.

I stayed a few nights at this quaint little inn. I was very impressed with the rooms they were very clean, the manager david was a doll and the desk clerk kathy was new but she was such a sweetheart, they have a continental breakfast free wireless internetect. I will deffinetaly stay here again, very friendly staff

My family stayed here for three days in Memorial Day long weekend.and it was a great experience. It was quiet, the room was pleasant and very comfortable, the manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a haven during a long and busy stay in L.A. Colorado River was beautiful. I stayed here and went to Lake Havasu, Parker Dam, Laughlin and Mojave Desert Area. Motel was very clean, beautiful, very good hospitality, Good breakfast and excellent wireless internet. Easy to access I-40 freeway. If I get chance to travel in Needles area, definitely I will stay in this Motel. Thanks manager and staff being friendly.
