New Furniture, New pool, all new bedding, friendliest staff in the mountains, great location. we stayed for 3 days, will stay another three anytime. When you get there ask for Jill! She was wonderful, always helpful.

We had a very nice room. It was clean, non-smoking and easy to get to. We definitely would go back and will recommend it to our friends. It's next door to Hardee's where we enjoyed going for a sausage biscuit and coffee the two mornings we stayed at the lodge.

We stayed there to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. The staff bent over backwards for us. The rooms have been redecorated and are very nice. The towels are of a better quality than you would expect for that rate. The overall stay was exceptional.

It's not fancy would have liked a guest laundry. It is convenient, within walking distance to some nice shopping and dining. And there is a gas station right next door making it easy to fill up the motorcycle and take off. We spent 3 night and will go back.

We will never go back. Service was lousy, had to clean own room and take dirty towels to office and get clean ones, also had to ask for toilet paper and soap. The ice machine was broke(all 3 of them). Air conditioner leaked on inside. We reported it, but no one came to check it out. We had to walk on wet carpet. Used to be a nice place to stay. Changed the name to Cherokee Lodge. All in all it was a bad experience. Was not worth $91.00 a night.

Nice place to stay. We have stayed there for the past 3 years. Convenient to everything. The pool could be cleaner and more tables. The service was very nice, the rooms were big enough and was kept clean.

Even though the hotel is an older one, the room was very nice. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay. When we decide to go back to Cherokee this will be a hotel I will consider staying at again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are very nice people. Clean. Convenient location to shopping and food by walking. Overall a good place. It is handicap accessible.

We enjoy our visit very much. We went last year during a holiday weekend. Our rooms were nice and very clean. It was close to everything; food, shops, blue ridge parkway, casino. Very good location. Staff very friendly. Quiet.
