Very nice for the price.

We stayed here for a family spring break trip. Three adults and two children in one of the suite style rooms. We also took our dog with us. The room was more than big enough for everyone to be comfortable. Be careful though, some of the rooms don't come with the fold-out couch, be sure to ask for it when you book the room. All of the amenities were in the room as promised, and the room was neat and clean with no problems. (It even had a retractable clothesline for drying our swimsuits, something that I hadn't seen before.) Breakfast was acceptable, but doesn't have much variety. The lobby looked great with a large, working fireplace, and very comfortable furniture. The staff at the hotel was very curteous and helpful. The nicest thing about the hotel had to be the pool and game room area. The pool area was very large for a hotel with a (rather cold) kiddie pool (1.5 feet max depth), heated larger pool (5 feet), and a large hot tub that could easily fit 10-15 adults. It was a large, warm and attractive place, but the floor did get very slippery when wet, so watch your footing. There was also a well-stocked fitness area, arcade, and pool tables. It made for a nice area to relax with the kids.
The hotel was almost unbeatable for the price (only $65 for the room we had), and I really can't think of anything we didn't like. It was a bit far removed from the places we were visiting (Casa Bonita, Children's Museum, etc.), but the drive up I25 was never too bad. Being a bit removed from the main part of Denver was made up for by being a quiet, upscale kind of neighborhood with a Wal-Mart, several restaurants, a mall, and other amenities close by and easily located by driving up and down Arapahoe. We had a great trip.
