great nice rooms the best and great pool awsome and cool staff and service absoultly the best we ever stayed in.

The room is really, really small and smelly. The shower curtain was molded and the hot tub was just disgusting (the water was green). The really small pool had mold in it also. We had to cancel our original plans and that was one of the few places that had an opening with short notice. We never want to stay there again, and I would not advise anyone else to either. Roaches! My friend sat her sandwich down on the bedside table to answer her phone, when she picked it back up it was crawling with baby roaches. When we complained to management, they offered to clean the room and replace the alarm clock (which was where the roaches were coming from) but refused to give us another room, we had already been there for two nights and were exhausted so we decided it would be more trouble to find another hotel so we stayed the last night. We already had overlooked the smelly, dim, small room and the rude service so why not roaches? The pool needed repairs, all the deck chairs were broken and the spa was filled with some sort of dirty slime. They were VERY stingy with their towels, I had to offer to go and wash them myself before I could get any clean ones. No hot water, just luke warm. The only good things we had here were the location, which I guess wasn't even that great, to beach adjacent to it was over run with jellyfish and the sand was coarse and full of trash, and the breakfast which was advertised as continental but was cereal and waffles. So I guess there were no good things about it. Should have payed the extra and stayed on the radisson up the street again.

This hotel was tiny, dirty and had mold growing on the wall. The drawers on the chest did not work right, the drains for the A/C were tacky plastic funnels, the cord for cable was hanging loose and the remote for T.V. was a different brand name and didn't work. Had I not made non-refundable reservations through Travelocity, we would have left as soon as we entered. Will not stay here again or recommend to friends. You get what you pay for.

The overall experience at this hotel was fine. If you want all the glamour and the four star experience, this is NOT for you. If you need a place to stay that is cheap and next to the water, this IS for you. My wife was very scared of the first room we were given. She was upset to say the least. After some calling and realizing that we can't get our money back, we discussed the issue with the front desk person. He gave us a different room that was better, same size, but better bathroom. I had to remind my wife that she did give me a budget when selecting hotels. The kids had loads of fun for the four days we were there. If you plan on just sleeping and showering here, this is a good place for you to stay. Last advice..... Husbands, review this hotel with your wife before paying for this hotel !! Pro's Beach not far away. Covered Parking. OK Pool. Staff very accommodating. Refrigerator. OK breakfast foods. Close to USS Lexington and Aquarium. Con's Bathrooms are nasty. Be careful on "Pay for it now" deals. Look at the room before giving them your Credit Card. Hot tub part of pool was broken. Bedrooms small. No Microwave. Something on the walls, we did not ask what it was... Neighborhood is run down. Had to ask for clean towels. Not much around for stores. (Go to Portland, North about 10 miles)

We were not sure if to stay here due to the previous reviews but we turned out to love this place... the rooms were very clean, the staff was super nice, and helpful.... i will definitely stay here again...

The whole experience for us was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every time we walked in or got off the elevator the clerks spoke and asked how things were going. We asked for directions and they were very helpful. The room was okay, clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We would return there anytime.

This was the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. The room was so dirty, not from lack of being cleaned, just filthy overall. The sitting chair was brown, although a slight amount of the original oink color did peek through the grime on it. How dirty is a room when you can't wait to get home to take a shower when the last thing you did in the room was to take a shower? The door didn't shut all the way, which provided no sense of security and the pool was closed for cleaning on a Saturday morning at 9:30AM. The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants, but Corpus really isn't that big so most everything does have a convenient location. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, YUCK, YUCK, YUCK - don't waste your money...everything else in the vacinity has comparable rates and you will get far more for your money elsewhere!

It was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Motel 6 looked like the Omni compared to this dump. Dead bolt lock did not work, bedspread was stained beyond repair,tub won't drain correctly, chair had stains all over it to the point I would not let my daughter sit on it or even the carpet. The cost for this DUMP was $105.00 for $25.00 more we could have stayed at the Omni Hotel of Corpus Christi. This place gives Days Inn a bad name, and should be removeed from your company!!!!!

My family and I will never go back to this hotel. The location was alright, since its close to the beach. When we first walked in our room, we were expecting bigger beds, the smell in the room was disgusting. Thank goodness we had just paid for one night. The staff is not friendly at all. Needs better management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
