Baymont Inn & Suites Lancaster, Lancaster

The Hotel was very clean and great customer service. There was always a worker around to answer any questions. The standard rm had a fridge and microwave in it. The breakfast had many choices. My only complaint was the hot tub was not working and the pool was cold. But other than that I would stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed when it was called Amerihost and was delighted our kids enjoyed every minute. However when they changed the name to Baymont Inn they seemed to change the service as well. The hot tub was not working and the pool was cold. The floor in the room was dirty and nothing seemed to work properly. The TV, hairdryer, and the dressers didn't work they never would close. The lady at the desk kept arguing on the phone with her child. When we asked for towels she looked at us like we was interrupting her business and the breakfast area was undesirable. However housekeeping was wonderful gave us extra towels and before they finished their remaining rooms asked if we needed anything else. This was our anniversary and we will never spend the night here again.

We did business here. Several people each night for 2 months! We made a mistake and did not cancel our reservations. They charged us anyways. We probably spent $10,000 so far and they wouldn't credit us for two rooms at $50 each. Cheapskates worrying about todays money instead of tomorrows relationships. PLUS, we had a guy leave the hotel on a Monday without checking out (totally my guys fault). But, they did not call us until the following Saturday to inform us the room had been empty for 5 NIGHTS!!! I don't know if they took that long to clean the rooms. Needless to say, we moved our business across the street.

Our stay could not have been any better.The room was excellent,people were friendly and the breakfast was awsome. The location is convienent to mall and town.
