La Quinta Inn Bellingham, Bellingham

Service, location, cleanliness were great, however, when you check the amenities for the hotel, microwave and refrigerator are listed. When we got to our room, neither one was inside. The amenities also listed whirlpool, mini bar, kitchenette...it doesn't say that those things aren't in every room. Plus, the internet connection was horrible in my room on the first floor. I went out into the lobby and the signal was better, but I could never connect to the internet. The manager even tried to take down my firewall and change settings on my laptop and nothing worked; so much for getting my homework done because I expected there to be internet access like it was listed :(
