Quality Inn Heber Springs, Heber Springs

We've stayed here twice so far this year and we love it and plan to go back as often as we can! The rooms are clean and good sized and only about $75-$80/night and the staff are all exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located about a block from the entrance to the dam site launch/recreation area/marina. For us it's the perfect place to stay after spending all day playing on the lake.

This hotel offers a lot for a great price. Good location that is close to town and has a quite environment. Large clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Well worth the money and the staff was very friendly. The High speed internet was great. I would recommend this Hotel to all who visit Heber Springs.

We had a room reserved at the Budget Inn and got there and it was totally discusting. The lobby smelled of curry powder and locker room sweat. The rooms were gross and some of the people staying there were questionable. So we did not stay there and payed a few dollars more to stay at the Quality Inn. It clean, safe and nice. They could use mini fridges in the rooms though for the price. I would stay there again. Never stay at the Budget Inn of Heber Springs, AR

The place is great. But someone needs to get their facts right. There has never been a jogging track, they don't accept pets. The hotel is very clean and the staff go out of their way to help in any way. Will be back over and over.

I've been in Heber for work purposes, and have had a room here for 2 months! Always cleaned well, but still my room smells like a- well, hotel room. My WiFi internet connection is very weak in my room, but they offer free network bridges to fix that problem. Good continental breakfast with cereal, bagels, yogurt, sausage biscuits, donuts, muffins, fruit, honey buns, juices, milk, coffee, tea, etc. My room has a kitchenette in it and it's very nice to be able to keep your own beverages and foods in the mini fridge, or make popcorn in the microwave. Comfy beds, huge room, big TV, great staff! There are cheaper places to stay in Heber, but few are more accommodating!

This hotel had roaches everywhere. On the internet, it said that it was "newly remodeled", and the beds where quite comfy. But the roaches made the trip terrible. When i talked to the manager about it, she was very rude to me, which is unacceptable. And, the older lady who checked me was quite rude as well. Needless to say, I will not be back until they do something about the roaches and the rudeness. Another thing is the price. If I am going to spend $100+ on a room, I expect it to be nice.

Had my wedding reception at the convention center & the staff went out of their way to be helpful. My entire family & wedding party stayed at Brighton Park Inn. We thought the place was clean, service was great, & the hotel was actually quiet (except for our rowdy family--haha!!) Would return.

It was in a good location. BUT..rooms were unclean to say the least. Had to change sheets myself b/c they were not changed from the last person who stayed there. Had old toothpaste on the bathroom sink and just plain old dirty. I realize that there is some renovation there, but come on...anybody knows to clean the bathrooms!! Tried the entire time I was there to talk to the manager to make them aware of the situation, but was always told she was off that day. It was not just my room, there were others in my party and their room was unlean as well.

Good location right beside the dam...Big rooms. Vending machines didn't work and there is construction going on. Staff goes out of their way to help you.

It was nice and quiet. My husband and I like a nice weekend get away where we can relax and enjoy the scenery and not have a lot of noise. it's close to everything going on in Heber Springs. The service was good and room was very clean
