Bad, bad banquet service. Really nice rooms
By penny, 10/21/10
For some reasons, for 2 straight years, The Philippine Judges' Assoc conventions were always held here, and for 2 straight years they always gave us ab EPIC Fail on the service. Waiters cant wait to take out the dishes nad pack up the buffet table. food were cold, and same tuff day in day out. And you expext to see last nights leftovers served to you for breakfast the next day.I just thought maybe they just hate judges that much. But then I attended a ball hosted by a local medical school and same thing happened!!! Although the rooms were divine. The black marble topped tubs to die for, though they tend to skimp on toiletries especially the bubble bath gel. There's free wifi. And the hotel is accessible by all types of PUVs, you still might consider cos there's so much heavy traffic from the hotel's loc to the town center. Room service was cheap (ate one of my breakfast in my room to avoid the leftovers in the banquet room). Thats P150 for a "tapsilog" and OJ.

Great place but VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/14/09
It was a total mistake having our party there!!! First, we paid for a downpayment and what was written on the receipt was "teen thousand"! Then when we had our party, food where being dished out even if it was barely consumed and without asking us! The staff were also getting the table napkins even if we're not done eating yet. When you ask the waiters for something, they make faces. It was like even if you're the customer, you will hesitate to ask them for something. The food was great but i won't recommend it to others to have their functions there. and one more thing, the waiters can't wait for you to leave! They should orient their staff regarding work ethics and their receptionist on spelling!

suspect reviews
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/13/09
reading some of the reviews here it crossed my mind that perhaps the competition have entered a few negative remarks, some of the reviews are written with obvious accents that could be other filipino hoteliers. Just a thought

Really big improvements!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/15/08
i was in Baguio last summer looking forward to a good vacation. My friend at work recommended that i stay at Hotel Supreme-new building since the last time they stayed there, the kids had a comfortable stay, her husband found the place great and the price was very reasonable. I told her that the last time i stayed there, i did not enjoy it as much as she did. She said that i should check it out since a lot of improvements and upgrades have been made. So i got curious and when we arrived Baguio, i told my husband to ask directions going to Hotel Supreme. When we got there, i was pleasantly surprised to see the new building erected with a beautiful lobby. The staff greated us with a nice smile and welcomed us. the immediately showed us a family room and instantly i said ok since the room was big and ideal for our group of 4. the rate was reasonable as what my friend said. I was happy to see the improvements of Hotel Supreme. I'll stay there in my next travel.

Great value for money!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/25/08
I attended my cousins wedding a couple of days ago and stayed at the new hotel building. The hotel had good ambiance. The price for the room was value for money. The family room was perfect for our group of 4. Room was very spacious and had first class room facilities. Aircon, bathtub, doorlocks using keycards (made us feel safer), cable tv, free internet connection, and most of all, very accomodating hotel staff. The reception was held at their ballroom and the setup was at par with 5-star hotels in Manila. When i asked my cousin about the price of the wedding, i was surprised to know that it cost them 50% less as compared to weddings held in Manila or some place else. The hotel staff made sure that our requests were attended to immediately. Only problem is that there was some construction on going in the morning that made us a bit annoyed. but other than that, everything went well. Will surely come back and stay at this hotel.

Nice place
By CHRISTINE, 4/2/08
I had my debut at the Hotel Supreme less than a year ago and I enjoyed it very much. The staff was nice and courteous. A staff member was kind enough to accompany my cousin and I to a nearby store because it was late at night, or should I say early in the morning, so that we'd be safe. We stayed in the newer building which was quite comfortable for me. It was modern and being from California, I felt like I was in the States (until I looked out the window, of course, haha). There was running water - cold and hot, and everything was new so it was nice. The only glitch was when it was time to check out. We had checked into two hotel rooms, one room for the guys in my court and one room for the girls in my court. The hotel staff claimed that the guys room had a missing remote and wanted to charge us for it. Of course we had no reason to take a remote, so my mom was annoyed at that. About 15 minutes went by and my mom decided to go up to the room herself to check it out and upon arriving to the hotel room, room service found it under some blankets. Clearly the hotel should have made a thorough sweep of the room before even attempting to charge us extra. We spent more time there than expected with that incident. Other than that, I was satisfied with the hotel as well as the location.

service=F
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/12/08
I sent my parents there for a vacation to see baguio, they stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed themselves. I called and payed for their room with my credit card on their last night and when they tried to checkout the hotel lost the receipt. Hotel supreme held my parents hostage for 4 hours while they demanded that I pay them again. After their bank found their mistake they let my parents free. If you want to get treated like a squatter and cheated out of a great vacation, try hotel supreme. Over rated and expensive. Better off with camp john hay hotel.
