I work as a Skydive Instructor 10 miles north (in Butler) at Skydive Kansas City on the weekends. There is a Super 8 and a Days Inn there that have the worst reviews I've ever read, so I kept looking and found Apache. It was clean. The owner lives onsite and is very pleasant. You just have to imagine your staying on the set of "That 70's Show". As I left, I asked her to hold a room for me for the following weekend as well. I will stay here again.
My husband & I are avid waterfowl hunters, we travel over 2000 miles to Missouri every year to Waterfowl hunt, we have stayed in 3 different Motels over the years visiting Missouri and we both must say "The Apache Motel is the nicest motel we have stayed in". All the people are extreamly nice, especially the owner "Julie". Julie will go out of her way to make sure her guests have everything they need and/or want. There is a very nice duck cleaning station behind the motel, plenty of room for us to exercise our dogs, our dogs can stay in the room with us for no extra charge, Julie gives us ascess to a freezer to keep our ducks until we are ready to head home. I couldn't think of any thing at all bad to say about the Apache Motel or Julie or the other guests there. It's a GREAT place to stay!!!!!!!!!!
