A Solid Place to stay in port Townsend
By Daehwan, 03/31/09
Newer, maybe newest in town, amenities, remodeled since last time i was here. Well priced, friendly service, will go back again. I have been to some of the other motels and hotels in port townsend, and they are either really old or vintage without an elevator, or dingy... I have found that the harborside inn is fairly newly built, has an elevator, and although its a mile or so off downtown, you get a nice view of the harbor, and i'd rather stay in a newer, more spacious, quiet place~

Beautiful and Friendly Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/02/09
I just stayed here and had a wonderful time! A very nice lobby and breakfast area when first entering. The staff is very friendly and were great in helping me find a good places for food and POIs for perusing the town. The rooms were big and clean and I thorougly enjoyed the view from my 3rd floor balcony looking over the marina and harbor. I'll definitely be coming back here!

Terrible!
By Rick, 10/21/08
The rooms are filthy, the sheets were stained and the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The service was awful. Credit card charged for items to room that were not authorized. Not military friendly..

Horrible place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/08
Do not stay here with your pet. The people there try to find an excuse to charge you $150. for a pet barking or soiling the room. They will even lie about how the room was left. I wish so much I had taken a picture because I left the room very spotless and was charged $150. for pet clean up. Run...don't stay here.

My pick in the town
By travelinthru93, 05/30/08
I stay in PT roughly 3 to 6 times a year and this is where I always stay after trying a few other places in town. It is a modest hotel..doors are all on outside but it is very clean...staff is very friendly....beds are pretty comfortable...outdoor pool and spa usually open year round and are very clean. It is reasonably priced but does book up fast on summer week-ends. They provide modest continental breakfast...muffins, doughnuts, cereal, coffee and fruit.

Most pleasurable and convenient in town
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/17/08
I am most severe in judgement of Hotels. Have stayed in the most expensive in P.T. For comfort, quiet rooms. Amenities for long term include, secreted in the walls, ironing board and hair dryers. Taking for granted materials for a cuppa. The most wonderful part was going for an expected coffee and a bun for eye openers, to find two small tables bending under fresh goodies and fruite. Small anti room had 3 tables for two to enjoy the "breakfast". Something I had not read about in any advertisement. And of course, the price was fantastic.
