Comfort Inn and Suites Yreka, Yreka

We were stuck on the 3rd floor of this hotel and there is no elevator. In the morning the breakfast was HORRIBLE! The milk was off, the orange juice was rotten, the yogurt was in a refridgerator that was not even plugged in and it was at room temperature! The coffee was full of coffee grounds and was not very warm. The breakfast was totally inedible, and the staff didn't care and was unwilling to remove the bad items! Based on this experience we will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn again.

This motel should lose its Comfort Inn franchise. Dirty, smelly rooms with highest price of any Comfort Inn on my recent two week trip. The bathroom fan was noisy and about to fall out of the ceiling. The toilet only worked if you held down the handle for the whole flush cycle. Found refuse on the floor like it hadn't been cleaned.Rollaway bed was dirty and no sheets. Maid cleaning room next door asked manager for more cleaner and he said he had none. Very noisy. Several people complained of being stuck on third floor with no elevator.Did not honor Internet room rate that was guaranteed. Continental breakfast was very minimal and dining room was too small.Rude employees.I recommend driving to the excellent Comfort Inn in Red Bluff.

Stayed here 3/25/07, assigned room on 3rd floor, then we found they do not have an elevator. Husband has bad back and I have lung issues, so asked for a room on the 1st floor and was told there were none available. Carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was difficult for us both. There were 7 cars in the parking lot at 6pm, 15 when we left at 6am the next morning so there must have been rooms available.

First of all the price was to high for the accomadations, sheets were not clean, messy hallways, breakfast room had ants, unfriendly staff and the list will go on.

I think this property is one of the best in Yreka, and the only reason I say that is because I stay in Yreka alot for Government Business. I love the fact that they have High Speed Internet Access in the rooms, a major plus. I recomment this hotel for everyone...

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. I love all the amenities that they offer and the staff's willingness to make your stay very plesant. Thanks for making my stay wonderful.
