Swiss Alps Inn, Heber City

We made a reservation months in advance at the Swiss Alps. When I called to add a night to our stay, I was told we didn't have a reservation there at all. Upon arriving home from our trip to heber City (where we stayed at another motel), we had a nasty message from the owner of the Swiss Alps asking where we were. He charged our credit card! Very mixed up people. Watch out.

We love this place! It is an older hotel, but it is well kept and clean. We have stayed there 3 times. I am just now online to book our next visit. The owners are so nice and accomodating. We have a 3 year old son and we travel A LOT. I feel confident to let him roam the room, unlike some other hotels where I feel like he shouldn't touch anything! I am posting this BEFORE I make reservations this time so I'm sure not to forget.

I recently made a reservation here but was unable to fulfill it as I had a terrible death in my family. Despite my pleas to understand the situation, Max, the owner, still charged me for a stay I never made. It is completely appaling to me that people like this exist. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will be badly dissapointed.

We have stayed here numerous times but the last time,they quoted a price of 69.99. When we checked in, it was suddenly 89.99 plus tax. Over $100.00 for a $50.00 room!!!

Spent our honeymoon there in 1966 and have been back avery few years since. We look forward each time. Never disappointed. Somewhat quaint and peaceful. A family atmosphere Ted

Arrived at the cutest motel! Got a bungalow with a King bed, just what we ordered. Room infested with fleas!! Electricity shorted out. Only one plug worked. No lights!! No TV. Showered by candle light. Crummy place!!
