Ramada Inn Pigeon Forge, Pigeon Forge

We stayed at the Ramada with our 2 grandkids for 3 days. Very pleasant stay & helpful staff. One staff member in particular, Rachell, was very helpful to us, checking on the schedules of shows we enquired about. The room was clean & had a decent breakfast. I have no complaints. Ramada will be where we stay each time we visit Pigeon Forge.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. We wanted a romantic get away, and booked the king size bed with jaccuzzi tub in the room. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location to our friend and family!

The Ramada Inn was such a great place!! Very easy on your pocket, and the staff was awesome!! Needed a play pin for my 3mth old and it was delivered to me within a mater of mins!!! I will deff be returning there!!

First, we were charged on our credit card on the day we arrived for the entire four day stay - 370 odd dollars. Second, we were charged a dollar plus tax a day for a room security safe which we didn't request. This charge was removed after we protested. The carpet was filthy - our grandchildren's socks were black from walking on the floor. The continental brekfast was adequate, but coffee was very weak. We believe that other motels offer better accommodations.

There are other places to stay which would be much cleaner - we won't be back to this one. The bathroom smelled of urine - I thought I was the only one who noticed it until my husband also said something. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean which was a plus. We did have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room which were clean. The shower looked nasty - I wore my crocs when showering. I realize this is a motel and will never be as clean as I'd prefer, but I've stayed in better (have also stayed in a lot worse). We paid $65/night on average through the Ramada website. If we're ever in Pigeon Forge again (unlikely), we won't be staying here again.

The bathroom was filthy and smelled awful!! The shower curtain was mildewed!! We had to go buy bleach to clean the tub. The picture of the pool??? I don't know where that pool is but the one at this hotel is not even half that size. The carpet was sooo dirty you didn't dare walk on it without socks or shoes!! Sheets were stained and the room was so tiny.

The location is great. Very clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was really good. Fresh coffee was really good. Would highly recommend. We are planning on staying here again real soon.

We stayed here in Aug.07 and liked the room. What we really liked was Krispy Kreme donuts was right beside the hotel. YUMMY!!!!!!! The rates were not bad and the location was just right.

The room was not clean,the lighting was very poor,and the pool was 1/2 the size as shown on the website.We checked out and found another motel.

... hotel was expensive ... we were surrounded by dozens of hotels that were cheaper ... when the hotel clerk saw that I was with my Mother and that she is old and feeble, he should have insisted that we stay in a ground floor room ... instead he placed us on the 3rd floor ... and there was no elevator ... but no complaints other than that ...
