Ibis Paris Versailles Parly 2, Le Chesnay

my wfe and i stayed in this hotel for one night,after check in we went to our room,soon after we went for dinner, when we returned to our room our new pc, money, camera ,sunglasses visa cards were stolen. not only this but other guests rooms were also broken into. there is no security in this hotel and the lift goes from the lobby directly to the 3rd floor,by passing the lobby,no security cameras on the floors, camera in lift not working, and old locks on doors,that anyone can open and enter your room. this is a problem known to the hotel as they have had many break- ins.we looked at security cameras of the lobby and saw the men who took our belongings,we went to the police but they never even called to see video. so beware and bring a security gaurd or dog when you visit here, ibis dont care about your safety, they even tried to charge me for the room even though i only got back from the police station at 3am, and had to get up at 7 am to meet management. the staff on duty were a great help and stayed with me in the poice station all night. ibis need to sort out this serious and dangerous problem wit this hotel. a horrible visit to a ibis hotel. ruined our holiday .
