Omni Hotel Hotel & Villas, Zona Hotelera

We stayed for a 6 wonderful days at this affordable hotel service was excellent clean all around rooms and pool areas food was good not great but good.all in all we will return.

The place was beautiful and I had a great time. It wasn't until our last night @ the hotel when I contracted Necrotizing Fasciitis. I had to return to the states, immediately go to the ER and undergo surgeries. Doctors believe it probably came from the hotel.

It's an amazing and relaxing place, the staff is more than greatful for everything you do for them and they always remember you year after year. Will be returning April '08. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time!!

Marble floor make we feel cooler than outside temp., sleeping room has no cigarette smell,convenience store close by,nice bar in the lobby area, beautiful swimming pool, easy access to public transportion

We loved Cancun. It is a beautiful place to visit. We had a clean room facing the pools and the ocean. Wonderful view. The people who work down by the pool and bars are very courtious and make every effort to make your stay comfortable. They make it easy to just charge everything to your room. A couple negatives are they want to charge you $30 extra for a cot per day. Cleaning of the rooms during your stay could be better. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper a couple times. Food in Poloma excellent.

our first time to Cancun. But a very pleasant trip. The hotel was beautiful on the beach. Food was good and service was excellent. The restaraunt in the hotel we ate there three meals aday and it was awesome the staff was so friendly never can compliment them enough. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Just a great place to stay. Next time we wil stay there again. Only complaint was no place to wash your clothes. Had to go downtown to do that. But otherwise very satisfied.

This was the 1st time my wife & I visited Cancun. The hotel was great, and the ocean views awesome. We're not the inclusive type, and would easily get bored, so we ventured out for dinners. Our breakfasts consisted of croissants from across the street, and coffee. Perfect to enjoy the mornings from the deck. We took a tour to the Mayan ruins which we found from a guy at a supermarket downtown, in the old city. They picked us up at our hotel, treated us to a terrific lunch and show, and included our entrance fees. All for $40 each, about half the hotel rate. We stayed about a week, and had a great time.

it was awesome the facilities were great and the employees were very nice the service was great!!! the rooms were huge and i loved being able to sit on the balcony and see the water or the busy street!!!

Just got back from Omni Cancun. I have nothing bad to say. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff was. Will surely go back again.

I stayed in the OMNI in September 2007 with my son and husband. While the food and service were great, the room had an awful mouldy smell that did make breathing difficult. The time share presentation was a pain. The hotel management should really consider doing something about the mold. Quite a price hotel; all inclusive is indeed the way to go.
