I used to go every january since i was a little kid. Now after seven years of not going I gotta say that it still feels like the same home as back then. The staff is amazing, they're so nice and attentive. The rooms are so cozy and completely clean. The location is perfect and I love how chilled the hotel is in general. I gotta say after this I'm gonna keep going every year to share it with my kids.

Loved it- the rooms could use updating but in all reality are perfect and spotless. I'm there for Mexico not the hotel room. Take these negative (spoiled) reviews with a grain of salt. The staff that take care of you are second to none.

TOTAL RELAXATION. THEY GET TO KNOW YOU AND YOU'RE TREATED GREAT. CARLOS (OUR DOORMAN) EVEN GREETS US WITH A HUG WHEN WE GET THERE. THE ROOMS ARE IMMACULATE. I,VE TIMED THEM AND GONE TO SEE WHAT TAKES SO LONG AND FOUND OUT THE CHANDELIERS ARE EVEN CLEANED DAILY.OUR ROOM WAS TOTALLY CLEAN. OUTSIDE BAR AND RESTAURANT ARE FANTASTIC ALONG WITH THE EVENING LIVE MUSIC.

Costa Vida is ideal for those who like being close to the bustle of the city, without the major touristy feel. Tucked up on the hill on the more villa side of Puerta Vallarta, you're close to the Old Town - just one bus down the hill. The staff here are excellent and lovely. The whole place is fantastic, and I would love to go back. You feel at home while you're there, and feel sad when it's time to leave.

i like the service!!! is friendly, clean , &efficient!!! is not really far from the main stream ,of the every day bustling life , convinient , and most inportantly :hospitable!

What more can you ask for from this beautiful retreat. Will be going back for many years to come and share the experience with my family

My family and I have been vacationing at Costa Vida for over 25 years, and every time we return we are never let down. Now with the new addition of the break wall the beach is even more pleasurable. This is one of the best places I know to head for during the colder months here. The restaurant in the hotel does a very nice job, they do make one of the best french onion soups outside of Nice. The staff is always very freindly and will go out of there way to make your stay the best Mexico has to offer. The rooms are great, especialy if you like to cook while on vacation. The kitchen is filled with almost all the cooking tools you should need, and the refigerator is good sized. Enjoy your stay.

i like this place because it is so fun every year i go for 2 or 1 week for my birthday with my parents and grandparents last year when i turn 12 we had a big party with a delicous cake they made for me this year ill be going again and ill be 13.

Staff is very very friendly!!! Rooms are very nice and the view is the best!

WE lovet the atmosphere of a laid back resort with a great view from every room. Easy access to town, and having many of our meals in our room.
