Customer negligence

The customer service was by far the most disappointing I'd ever experienced. Celebrating our anniversary only once/year without the children, I'd reserved a jacuzzi suite well in advance. Upon arrival our room had been given away justified by a free upgrade and continental breakfast for us. Our upgrade was a two room suite without a jacuzzi to celebrate our once/year getaway without kids. The breakfast was a muffin and OJ coupon which we tore up to treat ourselves to a hot breakfast.
We were told the guests in our original room had extended their stay another night, so they were first priority for the room we had reserved. Unbelievable, but it happened!
