Wynnwood Inn And Suites, Virginia Beach

Everything about this hotel was terrible. The staff is rude. The room is filthy. The shower has mold. The cleaning staff does a terrible job. The TV remote does not work and the hotel staff would not fix it. Please do not visit this hotel.

There were remnants of excrement on the toilet seat. There was dried urine splatter on the side of the shower. There was a long curly black hair on the shampoo ledge in the shower. The room smelled bad. The mini fridge in the room reaked of raw onions (and you know that no one put raw onions in the fridge, so where did that smell come from???). The lamp shades were broken, most of the outlets didn't work, the free wi-fi internet didn't work, and the bath towels had hair on them. There were a couple of shady people loitering outside. I felt like I was going to get jumped walking from my room to the front desk. You couldn't pay me to go back!

The room are nasty,police are always driving around so this tells me something is going on that not suppose too.people walking around at all hours of the night.The rooms smell bad.Other guests complain that plates was stolen off their cars.Will never go back to this hotel EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

We were very satisfied with the accomodations. Great location, clean and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

I stayed here after visiting potomac mills and it was amazing. we are going up again for my daughters birthday just to stay at the hotel and go to rainforest cafe!

It has taken me a minute to address this, but I was not happy with being given a room two doors from the very end of the corridor. As I walked all the way to the end of the corridor, I passed several rooms that still had the curtain opened and showed no signs of occupancy. I felt that the color of my skin was the reason I was given a room so very far way from the desk. I will send a letter to the office.

The service for this motel was inadequate but not as noticeably lacking compared to the filthy conditions!! The room was spacious however there seemed to be almost no effort to even attempt to make the room appear clean. The bathroom was looked so horrible that my wife and I skipped almost all hygiene and held out for the next day's hotel. While the location is very good the motel's rundown look and filth-ridden rooms don't deserve your patronage.

I liked the comfortable rooms, I liked the location that it was in, close to malls and lots of restaurants. There wasn't anything i disliked about it.
