Quality Inn and Suites, Johnson City

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel from the pictures that I had seen online. However, I was disappointed to find that these pictures are of a completely different hotel alltogether. This hotel is in serious need of some outside work. It looks like it is falling apart on the outside. The staff at the front desk seemed to be very phony. They were not respectful to their customers that I witnessed during my check in. The room itself was a disaster. My television did not work properly and no one would come to fix it after I called twice to the desk. The drain in the tub leaked and kept me awake all night. There were ants under the desk area. The breakfast served in the morning was very unsatisfactory, I was expecting a more varied spread at the rate I paid for the room. I would not stay at this hotel, or any other Fairfield again. I usually enjoy staying at Marriott properties, but this one just didn't make the grade.
