We will NEVER Be a customer of this Hotel again!!!

We will never be back to stay at The Comfort Inn again or any of it's sister companies!! We had a State Competition for Cheer/Dance. We called ahead and got permission to decorate the rooms and the hallways and the Hotel Staff opened each of the doors for us before the teams arrived!! Borrowed tape from the hotel staff and showed them what we were doing!! When the team and myself checkout they had attached a $20 cleaning fee per room!!! So a total of $300 extra for cleaning fees!!! We got permission, the staffed opened up each of the doors for us and then turns around and does this............there is something wrong with that picture!! I can understand maybe $20 total but $300??? That is unreal!! WE will NEVER be back to stay again at ANY Comfort Inn........EVER!!!!

BEST VALUE IN TOWN

I stayed here while in town visiting family. I was greeted by a nice young lady named Hannah who was very accommodating and friendly. Any help I needed with directions or recommendations she was always there for me. Add in the great value to the great service and you are guaranteed to get the best bang for your buck!

Good comfortable nice

I booked through Priceline and when I arrived I was given a smoking room. The staff person allowed me to move to a non-smoking room easily. I brought along a laptop and the wireless service they also helped me with as well. I found the staff, family like, to be courteous and helpful. The room was basic and kept nice and clean. There was some mold in the bathroom shower. The location is right off the interstate, close to restaurants, and mall. I would recommend this hotel for an individual or family who doesn't want to spend a lot of money for a good clean hotel.
