The Hotel was great over all, the kitchen staff was awesome, the lounge staff was great the first night we was there. Everything was perfect. Until we ran into the front desk manager. If she didnt want to be at work that day she should have not came. Now me and my husband where on are honeymoon, we had just gotten married that sat. My grandfather was giving us this trip as one of are presents. He filled out the form so that they could bill the room to his credit card but he circled the wrong one. so when i went down to address the issue she acted like she didnt want to help me i ended up having to call him from my cell phone and she talked to him from my cell phone which i pay the bill for. but no big deal i understand things happen. Thinking that everything was cleared up i go back to my room cause we had been at kings island all day and i want to take a shower. Now i sent my husband down to the bar to get the same drinks we had the night before "that we paid cash for mine you " and she is at the bar she was very rude to my husband and that is when are honeymoon went down hill. He came back to the room to let me know what happen and i went down to the desk to see what was going on. I asked her was there a problem and ahe addressed me very rude and told me her as a manager. now i can read i have two degrees so i can see what her name tag said. Need to see a id. I had no problem with that but you have to remember it is all in the way you address people. and kindness takes you alot farther in life. But i showed her mines and they brought the drinks to the room. and we just ended it like that. I would not want anyone to have to be address like that exspecially on there honeymoon. this was suppose to have been a present that we where suppose to have enjoyed. Not sitting back thinking why are they treating us like this. But you know there is a bad apple in every bunch.
