The owners and employees are all very friendly and personable. I am a regular so they all know me . I always say "i'm home" when i come in. I really value having a refrige and microwave in the room and lots of cofee. Sometimes there were little problems with the plumbing but I would always bring it to their attention and they appreciated that.

This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at this hotel. And once again we were very pleased with our stay! Comfortable, clean, and such a kind and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

The best working staff ever!!!!

This is a great military friendly hotel. It offers a great free morning breakfast, and has the best staff and great new management. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it’s excellent when I'm on business. It offers a free Wi-Fi wireless internet, and has fresh free chocolate cookies at the desk. This is a clean hotel and I recommend this hotel!!!

Alwaya a good stay

I travel to this area often and I always stay at the Luxbury. The staff is very nice and eager to help. Breakfast is good, pool and outside sitting area is just what the Dr ordered in the summer months.

i wouldn't stay here again

not hot breakfest and no heat. the wallpaper was falling down. the mildew in the bathroom. the sofa had stains asll over it. the chair was broken. the remote to tv didn't work. there were big lumps from the mattress. the sheets had green stains. the pillows were old and lumpy. i would't stay here again.

Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!

This place is owned by a cheep Indian guy who is most unfriendly. If you get picked up at the airport, you can expect to load and unload your own bags while the driver stays in the driver seat, not even saying "Hello." The hotel van is an old ambulance that reeks of spilled fluids from the 1980's. The beds are ancent rock hard and worn out with springs in your back. The breakfast resembals one of a homeless shelter. If you offer your opinion to the owner, he gets pretty hostile. By the way, the hotel does have a nicer van but the owner is too cheep to insure it, so he keeps using his old ambulance to make pickups at the airport. Being an airline pilot, I have stayed at this hotel many times. After multiple complaints to the airline hotel desk, our hotel has been changed. Thank you Hotel Desk!!!!!!!!!!!!

very very good staff

we stayed there in aug 2008. we really like it location is very good and nice and clean room with micro fridge and also very cheap price comapre to the other hotels on that exit. and they do provide free wireless internet. and top of everything the staff was excelant. from desk cleark to the housekeepers and the management, if we ever go to fort wayne i always stay at the best western luxbury inn....

I stayed at this hotel on 11-7-07 and I might go back. The Best Western Luxbury is a nice little hotel at a great price. The lobby looks a little dated and needs to be renovated. My room was acceptable and I was presently surprised at the quality of the room. The bathroom had the brightest light i've ever seen in it and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. The service is good, but the housekeepers don't speak much english. There was a very polite young man working at the front desk. The managers obviously live in the hotel which is a turn off. The lobby had a faint smell of Indian cooking. Avoid the continental breakfast and spring the seven dollars on the Bob Evans which is about a thirty seconds walk away.

Would and did go back!

The Luxbury Inn Best Western was located in a perfect place to catch the highways and not get lost in larger city traffic. There are plenty of resturants around and the staff provided a local dining magazine to the rooms so guests would know what was available. The hotel is located by several eateries and two large grocery stores. The hotel staff was polite and stuck by their employees words on what price you were quoted. The room were large and clean. Everything looked to be freshly dusted and cleaned. The staff recognized us and greeted us when we came back for a second time a week later. I would definitely recommend this chain to others.
