poor training and management

they belong on the Avis commercial, where they dont care. Just witnessing the way they treat people is a reflection of their management which is a poor example of Marriott and the Marriott name! Garry Liss should be ashamed of himself! to fix something like a roach in the bedroom was a incredible "do it yourself" attitude! It's cold in the room, "you have some free coffee, warm it up" incredible!! someone from the military asked are you going to open the parking lot, and he was asked how long he was staying! like it was too inconvienent to help him because he was only there for the weekend.
1-5 whether i would stay there again (negative) -5!! i think i will get better service sleeping in my car! the manager asked one of the front desk employees out! real professional. his comment was its no big deal i wasnt really on the shift tonight, it's my day off???
