Great Hotel-Affordable

Very clean, comfortable and for what you pay everything is pretty much included. I'v paid quite a bit more for the same services offered. So if you need a good comfortable place for the night, with out breaking your bank, stay here.

wow, wow, wow what nice place to stay, i stayed for 3 nights for less than $330. rooms were big and lots of space. staff very helpful. not only that you get full breakfast that include eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, muffins, danish, toast(white-wheat), ceral(2 kind), gronola, jucie(2 kind), milk, coffe, fresh cut fruits. only minor thing was there are no sit down food within walking distance. but lots of fast food nerarby i will be going back at this hotel
 
 
 
 
 
what a bargin

this hotel was worth every peeny. personally, i have paid more in the san jose area for a hotel, and the room was no were near carlyle. i really tought the rate is a bargin. you get a very nice room, hot breakfast{sausage, eggs, hash brown, fresh fruit, ceral, juice, coffe, tea, muffins, danishes, toast, oatmeal, and hot chocalte in the room and breakfast.) the staff is excellent. the lobby is beautiful. the rooms are large and comfortable. this is a very nice property. I WILL BE GOING BACK OVER AND OVER, WHEN I AM IN THE SAN JOSE AREA. THANK YOU CARLYLE.

This is a very friendly welcoming estiblishment. The breakfast is fantastic and the service is A+ The hotel is very clean. I recommend this hotel any day of the week. Very Quiet and Safe.
 
 
 
 
 
No high-speed internet--really

The hotel was clean, quiet, and very close to a great Indian restaurant. Unfortunately, their advertised high-speed Internet was a joke--and what's worse--their staff was aware of it. I was there on business and needed in-room Internet in order to be able to take care of client work in the evenings. Not only was I not able to get any wireless Internet in my room, but even in the lobby, the connection was poor. At one point, I was sitting on the floor next to the vending machines at the back of the hotel, as that's where they told me their router was (and the chance of connection the highest). A stop at the front desk was met with a very polite but unhelpful clerk...she knew it didn't work, but I heard her ON THE PHONE with a caller saying that yes, they did have high-speed wireless Internet service! When I asked her why she would tell a person that when it obviously didn't work, she said that they (the staff) had been complaining to the owner forever about the Internet access, but that he hadn't done anything about it...and then she suggested that I write him a letter. Needless to say, the quiet, clean room didn't seem as nice when I couldn't get any work done.
