Comfort Suites Huntington Beach is Located in the heart of Huntington Beach just minutes from the beach, The Hotel offers complimentary hot fresh savory breakfast daily and free high speed wireless internet. This Hotel is near all Southern California's most popular beaches, approximately five miles from the Huntington Beach Pier, about eight miles from Knott's Berry Farm, and 10 miles from Disneyland. Hotel offers luxurious, elegantly decorated and spectacular accommodations to both business and leisure travelers. Suites are Equipped Beds with pillow top mattresses, refrigerators, microwaves, Coffee Maker, Hairdryers, Iron and Ironing Boards. Additional Hotel amenities are fitness room, Outdoor heated pool and spa, complimentary weekday newspaper, safe deposit box, complimentary parking, and Guest Laundry. While there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are dining destinations nearby. Local restaurants include Jack in the Box, Macaroni Grill, Marie Callender's, Olive Garden, and many more. For air transportation, the John Wayne Orange County airport is approximately 10 miles from the hotel. The Los Angeles International airport is about 30 miles away. Suites have separate sitting and sleeping areas. Physically challenged suites are also available upon request. Minimum age of 18 years or older is required for each room. All reservations are subject to a valid credit card or a $100.00 cash deposit per a stay upon check-in

Great value

Only 3 miles from the Beach. Can't beat the price. The room was nice and clean. If you are planning to stay there with more than 2 people the room may be too small to accomodate 3-4 sets of luggage etc. Also my teenage son slept on the pull-out couch and he said it was horrible. But the main bed was very comfortable. Free internet was easy to use. I would definitly stay there again. Great value. Can't expect the Ritz for under $100, and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. Staff at the front-desk was very nice and helpful.

Comfort in Comfort Suites

During my stay there last March 2006, I found the Huntington Beach Comfort Suites branch to have very good amenities such as free internet acess and breakfast buffet for patrons. I also found the rooms to be very spacious. If you have any business in the area, this would be a great place to stay if you don't mind eating the same selection for breakfast everyday and have a more than average budget set aside. Beautiful hotel, good location

Very nice hotel, rooms were very clean and well decorated. There is a microwave and a fridge, we didn't use either, they don't tell you there is a fridge you have to find it. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. On the last day there I asked for late check out and we were given an hour extra, wow thanks. Also, that day I went to the breakfast buffet and fixed a tray of food for 4 people, (we were on a tight schedule and needed to eat while getting ready to leave) I was told by the desk clerk (not the manager) that I couldn't take food to the room and that we would have to eat the food in the lobby. I left the whole tray to be wasted on one of the tables. Not sure I would stay there again after this. We have stayed at various Choice Hotels and we have always been able to take food back to the room.

Very Orange building but great value

Very large rooms, frig and microwave were very pleasant items that I didn't expect. Large king sized bed and I love the shower curtain bar that gave you extra room in the shower because it curved out.

Nice place for a quick stay

Clean and comfortable, with nicely appointed rooms, which are relatively large. The breakfast buffet is way above the usual, and includes some hot foods (sausage and eggs). We made a quick stay, so didn't use any of the other amenities (pool, exercise room), but they looked good. The only drawback is that it's on a busy street, so the location is somewhat congested and noisy, although the noise didn't bother us in the room.

Horrible Customer Service

Would not stay here again and would not recommend. Had blocked 10 rooms for a group. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Front desk very rude!!

Good Place To Put Your Head Down

The front desk personnel were most kind since we didn't have a reservation and we wanted a room with a king bed in it but being a holiday weekend, all of those were booked far in advance. We easily settled for a room with two queen beds but the desk folks even called their competition across the parking lot to see if they had what we wanted. I never expected that! The room was good-sized, the bath had a full-sized tub with shower in it and there was a breakfast bar area with a coffee maker so we could have tea or coffee in the morning. The location was convenient to Huntington Beach, Anaheim and reasonably close to SNA airport, though the traffic during rush hour was awful. The best part was the beds had a choice of feather/down-filled pillows and regular pillows to make our night sleep very quiet. And our room had no road noise from any traffic. The morning self-serve breakfast -you have to pay for it-was wonderful and it help start our day, everyday. It's a bit pricey but what isn't in southern California anymore?

One time is enough

Easy to find at Beach Blvd, far away from the beach, food available close by. Nice bathroom with a horrible sink. You never know if the room gets flooded or the thing stops. There is more value available for the same price in Huntington Beach
