One lousy service!
My fsmily and I stayed at Courtyard from 1/13/06 to 1/15/06 on a business trip to Morena Valley. Except for a nicely renovated rooms and nice shower pressure, our stay was full of terrible experiences. First, we got lost since there is ongoing construction in the freeway exit I got from Google. I contacted the hotel and spoke to a Michael twice for a direction. Twice he gave me the wrong information. I got it right the third time because I made it sure the female staff provided directions via compass points, i.e., north or south, instead of left or right turns. The following day the door lock did not work. I called front desk to fix it. They did. I went to use the bathroom at the lobby. It was full of crap, yes literally, human feces was smeared all over the floor. I reported it to the front desk. The next day, the door lock did not function again. I reported it again to the front desk. I ordered coffee during breakfast but the waitress forgot it until I asked for it again. I always stay either at Marriott or
Courtyard. But now I am having seconds thoughts.
