Townhouse Motel, Lancaster

The staff was welcoming and very accommodating! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool amazing! It is an older motel but well kept up and great security!

I must say i was impress with the services, very clean and punctual service. aside from some guests disturbances next to mines, i was comfortable, relax and very much impressed with the services given, I recommend anyone visiting the Lancaster area, do reserve a stay @ the town house motel, you will be satisfied! i know i was. They will try to make your stay there as comfortable as possible, plus the rates there are impeccable, you cant beat that. Thanks again town house! you will be seeing me again in the near future!

I loved the friendly people that work here, the bedding was clean and room smelled great. We got a small breakfast and plenty of ice for 5 softball families. I would recommend this motel for a quick overnight or a couple nights for a softball tounament. Pool was very clean. I will stay here in the future if we have softball in Lancaster!

A very good place to stay when you're on a budget. Our room was clean and comfortable and quite nice. There's free wifi, with a strong signal in the room we had. There's no exercise center, but there is an outdoor pool. Breakfast is provided free, but it's only coffee and pastries. However, the staff are very friendly and told us about some good restaurants that were quite close. The motel is located right on Sierra Highway which makes it easy to find. We were worried that there would be traffic noise from the highway, but that didn't seem to be a problem at night. On the other hand, there's a railroad just on the other side of Sierra Hwy, and a couple of freight trains come through each night. We didn't think it was that much of a problem, although you can both hear and feel the train passing. This is an older motel, but there are renovations under way, and our room seemed reasonably updated. We stayed for three nights, and found our stay to be comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Other hotels in the area seemed to be either cheap-and-dirty or very expensive. The Town House Motel seems to be the only choice in Lancaster for a clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

we stayed at the townhouse motel for the first time and the managers were great and really nice to both of my children. the rooms were clean and the pool was nice and clean and blue. we have decided that this will be the only place that we will stay each time we come to lancaster. i highly recommend it.
