Not happy with hotel room at all
When we booked the hotel room I was told each room has refrigerator and high speed internet connection. When we checked in there was nothing. We talked to the receptionist but since our reservation was made through hotels.com and therefore it was pre-paid, we couldnt even upgrade to a better room. They explained to us, that the manager assigns the rooms that are booked through hotels.com or similar sites and they cant do anything about it. So draw your own conclusion, but here is mine: Because we got a cheaper rate then what the normal is, therefore we are not treated the same as other guests and get the worst rooms. Our toilet overflow the first night, then we were moved to another room. (Not better at all!) Here 2 of the lights didnt work, the bathroom door got stuck on the toilet every time you opened or closed it and the bathtub floor had air bubbles underneath. BTW, the internet connection was that you had to plug the cable into the side of the phone and then use dial-up. I will think twice before I book a room at Ramada again.
