While our stay was nice, once we opened up our credit card statement and discovered we were double billed for room, the good thoughts ended. So far, 4 phone calls, 4 polite messages, no return or credit to our card. Absolutely poor performance, no integrity, no leadership, no class. Stay somewhere else!
