Hotel Plaza Tucanes, Manzanillo

besides the elevator thing.....everybody at this hotel was nice and outstandingly cool. the best food ever and service was good, exactly what i was lookin for on a vacation, friendly people and not expensive at all for the big O room we got.

First this is not an American hotel. There is no elevator from the first level to other levels. Guest must be able to climb stairs. There is no staff at pool area to give out towels or balls or other pool items. The hotels facilites are spread out too far. Mini golf, and game room off property. Bar ran out of everything. Food was repeated many times. The housekeeper did not bring water in room every day. The bathtub was a nice touch. By the way you can not swim at the beach at this facility it is located in open sea. Waves are too rough. The beach closer to the hotel called playa de audiancia is much nicer. The only problem is you can not use your all included here and must pay for bathrooms or lockers while at this beach.
