Nightmare!
Just about everything that we experienced at this hotel was a nightmare. Went to Nashville for a wedding for 2 nights. We had a coupon for 1 nights stay (because of another bad experience at another Radisson). When we arrived there was no hot (not even close to warm) water. We called to notify them and they didn't have a clue, but told us they'd contact us shortly when they researched the problem. Over an hour later we called back. They said the problem would be fixed in 30 minutes. An hour and half later, nothing. About 3 hours later it was fixed, which caused us to be an hour late to the rehearsal dinner.
Next, on Saturday night, after the wedding, we arrived back at the hotel. Because the wedding ended relatively early, we went the bar. The bartender was great, just as another reviewer stated . . . the ONLY pleasant thing about the stay.
So after the bar, it was time to sleep. At about 11pm the sound of a stadium concert entered our room. There was a party of some sort in the ballroom directly below us. It wasn't just background noise. We could hear the DJ word for word, our bed was shaking from the bass.
One of the 2 elevators broke the next day. And the vending machines were broken on our floor.
Avoid like the plague! If you do stay, be sure to ask for a room as far away from the ballroom as possible.
Oh yes, almost forgot . . . when we 1st arrived, I had dropped my girlfriend off to check in so I could run a last minute errand. After returning 20 minutes later, I find my girlfriend sitting in the lobby because they would not allow her to check in. She made the reservation, but they would not allow her to check in until the person designated to pay was present. Absurd. Her name was on the reservation, just not listed as the person who was paying.
