Very Disappointed
By Tim, 01/04/09
We stayed here for a New Years vacation to Disneyland and were very misled by the website and their advertisements. Although the price was decent, the commodities were very lacking. They advertise a shuttle to and from Disneyland and a few other places, but what they do not tell you is that they require 2 hour notice for their 8 passenger "shuttle" van. They also do not tell you that they do not operate their shuttle between 11am to 4pm, and that they stop completely at 10:30pm. The last shuttle time wouldn't normally have been a big deal, but with New Years and knowing people would be staying in Disneyland until after midnight, they still refused to accomodate their customers. The Milano Lounge and Mini Rex Bar & Grill was also a false advertisement. They allow smoking inside the Milano Lounge (which I thought was illegal all together now) and they only had approximately 6 bottles of spirits and a small selection of other drinks and the food menu was entirely Vietnamese; they advertised a wide variety of spirits, cocktails, fruit drinks, and many others that were nowhere to be found. Another example: They called us 10 minutes before our shuttle left asking us where we were and that they were waiting for us downstairs. So we hurried ourselves down to the shuttle only to find it empty. We waited until 15 minutes after the hour to leave because of the driver and other passengers. Everything in and around the hotel is Vietnamese, so American cuisine is hard to find in the local area. We were also not very impressed by the room service since they left dirty towels on the floor when they instructed us to leave the towels we wanted replaced on the ground. Overall the price was decent, the location wasn't too bad in relation to Disneyland, but we were all very disappointed with the factors I listed above. There was definitely a bit of prejudice against the customers in the hotel that were not of Asian descent. I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. I hope this helps others looking for a hotel in the area.

Affordable price and convience location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/06
I stayed here while my friends stayed at a different hotel down the road near the entrance of Disney Land for more than twice the money. This is a very nice,family-owned hotel and restaurant. I travel and lot and was very impressed by the entire facility. Friendly front desks and newly rooms. Smell fresh and clean.

Great Location, Friendly Staff
By D, 12/01/05
I've stayed at this hotel before. If you're interested in being in Midtown Atlanta, this is your place...and they allow pets as well (with a non-refundable fee, which I think they should check your room before you leave to see if it's okay and refund the fee. I reserved through Yahoo Travel and decided to go a day earlier and the hotel honored the same price that Yahoo gave me. I would have given the hotel an excellent rating, however the breakfast buffet they server is usually very good and they offer hot foods as well as fruit, donuts etc....On Thanksgiving day they had Biscuits, gravy, sausage, etc. On Saturday and Sunday the hot food was Boiled Eggs and Grits...odd combination in my opinion. Other than the food on Saturday and Sunday, my stay was great....and for all of you that don't carry your computers everywhere you go, they have a computer with access to Yahoo!!! I stayed caught up on my e-mail all weekend.

Let's be fair
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/09/05
I feel obligated to dispute Betty Pearson’s review. I don’t know why she was so harsh, but I feel her review is totally unfounded and unfair. I had stayed at this Ramada before (through Priceline) and remembered it as a pleasant experience. Upon shopping for a hotel in that area again, I was pleased that Priceline placed me there again. Upon reading Betty’s review, I was a little unnerved. However, when I arrived, I found the pleasant hotel that I remembered that easily qualifies as a 2 star. I never tried the restaurant. But it looked clean and comfortable. (But I LOVE Vietnamese food, and that’s mainly what they serve). With a small refrigerator in my room, I was able to keep fresh milk, yogurt, fruit etc. and avoid eating out much. My room was clean, if not luxurious, but easily compared to all but the most exceptional 2 star experiences. The swimming pool was very clean (although not heated – unfortunately, that seems to be more common everywhere) and I enjoyed a nice swim. The staff helpful and friendly and the lobby is very nice for a 2 star. Another bonus: Free computer and internet use in the lobby for guests. I could check my email and surf a little if I was bored. Finally: If you want a hotel run by and frequented by Caucasians, try Eastern Ventura County or South Orange County. If you want a good deal and have an open mind, then don’t pass on this bargain.

Don't stay here, you'll regret it!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/22/05
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I thought something was strange when the taxi driver told me it was called "Little Korea" and he was right on the money!! The rooms were filthy, smelled awful, definitely not up to Ramada's normal standards. The restaurant's menu was not in english, so we could not read it. When we got the food, it too was terrible. I was very dissappointed in this hotel!
