Princess Hotel & Casino is located approximately 15 miles from Phillip, Goldson International Airport. It overlooks the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Hotel amenities features the 170 rooms, the private marina, casino, cinema, and entertainment center, fitness and massage center, arcade center, business center, tour desk, gift shop, and hair salon.. One can enjoy the meals at the Seaview Restaurant & Bar, which overlooks the Marina and the Caribbean Sea, or at the Club Calypso Seafood Restaurants.The hotel room amenities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, direct-dial telephones, in-room safety deposit boxes, cable TVs, Internet access, coffeemaker, minibars, and a working desk and chair.The Princess Marina allows guests to dive locally and explore nearby coral walls while swimming beside turtles and spotted eagle rays. The hotel's Las Vegas-style casino is open daily from 12pm-4am and features 400 gaming machines in addition to a variety of table games and a midnight buffet.

i loved the casino and the pool oh and also the resturaunts were superb also it was right by the sea! i can not wait till i go back this summer!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belize.

I stayed at the Princess in between visiting the Cayes with my husband who was out in Belize on work. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and thought the standard was great value for money. The pool was clean and well maintained. My only concern was that they shut the bar early on the Sunday night even thought the opening hours were until 12.00.

Very Quant..

This is a plantation home type hotel. The price is very reasonable. Clean and comfortable. There is a dining room in the hotel. The only thing that I did not like was there was a lot of steps, but the staff were there to carry your bags. Great view of the Caribbean Ocean. Within walking distance of the street vendors. I would recommend this hotel.

Princess was lovely. I've stayed at places before which I felt were not worth the price (in the US). The experience was great! The hotel was very nice. The staff was always pleasant. The is Belize People! Wake up and enjoy!!!

THE FRONT DESK RECEPTION ARE AWESOME AND OVER ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. I LOVE THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM. THE FOOD IS ALSO VERY GOOD AND NOT OVERPRICED AT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

Will not go back!

I stayed at the Princess in June 2010, first they lost our reservations, as you entered the hotel there was this weird smell. I understood that there was a change of Management, the ceiling was leaking in the bar area. The servers were so anxious to serve that they got the meal order wrong, twice! The cost of the room was quite reasonable and the breakfast was OK. Would definitely try the Raddison next time.

Soliciting on the job

The hotel its's self was every thing that the other reviews had to say. I personally think the hotel it's self can use new management.The casino workers are soliciting men as they exchange money at the cage and making it very uncomfortable for other to enjoy their stay there. they really need to fix this problem and stop ignoring the situation

Will NOT go back

Not worth the USD 120/night. Rooms are nothing out of the ordinary, even when they overlook the marina. The breakfast buffet was honestly the worst I have ever had in my several years of travel and the Princess could do a bit better than have plastic cups for juice and styrofoam cups for coffee/tea.

NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst hotel ever. 1st room had mold growing on the wall. 2nd room, the toliet leaked, no nob to turn the shower on, The tub did not drain properly. No hot water for two days. The phone did not work properly. Maids did not leave wash cloths, towels, hand towels, you had to ask for them. Food at the hotel was very poor. We were served spoiled meat. The hotel itself was in need of repair. The pool was only 3 to 4 ft. deep, had algae growing in it, just a few chairs around the pool to set on. There was only 1 tour per day offered. The only good thing was that the people were friendly. This property has no beach but is oceanview. The beautiful marina in the photo doesn't exist - just a few boats at a dock. Again, the only good thing, the wonderful Belizean people!!

Not What We Expected

The Hotel itself is fair but in very poor condition. There is a lack of up keep of the structure. Breakfast was good...especially the fresh omlete. If you are a gambler, the casino is fine but if you want to enjoy the city and the seafood, this is not the place to stay. All tours are expensive but worth going on. If you want beaches and a quiet place in the tropics this is NOT the place. Do your research...San Pedro is a nicer spot. The service was fair and the room was OK but we had trouble with maid service and plumbing repair. They either forgot or ignored our requests.
