Great place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/17/08
A great hotel in a more relaxed place then staying in downtown Seattle. Just a 15 min drive from downtown Seattle and the waterfront. Loved the made to order breakfasts in the morning and the reception everynight with drinks and snacks. The room was very nice and clean and soundproof. Even the shower in the bathroom was great. Nothing to complain about.....if you get a chance to stay here you will not be sorry.

Keeps me coming back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/22/08
I am an event coordinator and am about to have my 2nd fundraising auction at this hotel. The staff are all quite friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is clean, beautiful atrium, quietly situated away from the hub-bub of downtown Bellevue. The suites are nicely laid out and comfortable. Best nights sleep I had in years was at this hotel. Food is good, lacks presentation, but tastes great. The chef is willing to accommodate special requests for our functions. They have a large atrium perfect for social hour and the ballroom seats hundreds. The only downside is the shape of the ballroom, it is very long and rectangular, so for auction purposes, it makes things challenging. But it has been ok in our book!

accident during renovations in 2006
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/23/07
the dining area was great, everyone was very friendly and polite. The hotel was under major renos. I had a fall in the atrium in an area that was not roped off. I was there for a convention. I ended up falling into a hole in the floor by the couch. All they did for me was file a report, offer me a free movie. They didn't really seem to go out of their way, just past my report onto their insurance company who I have been dealing with every since. I was injured, could not work, missed my convention, and am having to prove things that are obviously apparent in the photos at the time. I heard someone else fell in the same spot I did that same weekend. The hotel did nothing to barricade off the area even after 2 people had accidents. I hope they are happy with their 8 million dollar reno and don't help out anyone that was supporting their hotel during stays that got them the money for the re-design..they may look after their guests when everything is good, but beware if something goes array...

average hotel

It's a little hard to get to off the freeway. And it's not close to downtown Bellevue. The room was on the small side for a suite.

Dirty - never go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/04/06
This hotel is filthy. I was told that it was under renovation when I checked in - not before. There is constuction dust everywhere. The maid demanded that she get into the room to clean it on HER schedule. The food is poor. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever seen.

Pleasant stay while on business!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/19/04
The ES Bellevue takes pride in accomodating their mostly business travellers. Their staff ensures that the little things are taken care of...I had to get access to the internet right before I checked out and the folks at the front desk preceded to take me around the corner into their Sales Office so I can use one of their computers for my needs...nice touch!

Their rooms are spacious and provide all the amenities a business traveller would need. Their complimentary breakfast is made to order and the service was very consistent throughout my stay.
