Clean and service is good. Owners are nice and helpful. But the usual no window kind layout that may motels have.

Bit far from the Lake george village about a mile or more. Most of the action is in the village and parking is bad on holiday weekends. There are 2 paid parking in the village, but if stay in a Motel right in the village you can save.

There are lot of motels and resorts cheaper which dont appear in the expedia and the likes, you can risk it going without reservation.
