staybridge is a great place!!! great hotel, great service, great place to stay.....this hotel makes it easier with a family.....and there rooms are very spacious. i dont care what the other comments say, this hotel is great!!! you should check it out yourself!!

Hard To Find Location But Good Service

This is not an easy place to find the first time. Right near the 101 and 237 highways sounds perfect but this place is off the main streets without any signage. Once you find the place the folks are friendly and always want to help. The other down side is that there is limited wireless Internet at this location but hardwire Internet to every room.

POOR MANAGEMENT

I was with this person who was relocated. There were about 6 of us who were relocated to another hotel. We all had confirmation numbers. You cannot reason out with management, very rude instead of being apologetic!!! Shuttle service, FORGET IT, it was LATE we had to find our own ride to our "relocation hotel" because of frustration. I will never come back to this hotel again, but the good thing is I found a friend who shares the same concerns and sentiments about this poor serviced hotel. I will definitely tell my company to take them off our account.

"BEWARE!"

BEWARE! This hotel located in Sunnyvale, CA is known for overbooking their guests. Forget about your confirmation number because management "DISREGARDS" it. They will relocate you elsewhere, FAR FROM YOUR DESTINATION!!! It's bad when you arrive late at night because you'll find yourself w/o a room!!! Poor decision making by management...very hard to deal with, very FRUSTRATING! It's such an inconvenience to poor travelers who just wants to REST...very bad experience for those who are traveling with children. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

We travel a lot for shows and this is our favorite hotel by far. All the comforts of home plus maid service. Free washers & dryers. Wonderful breakfast. Very pet friendly. Staff is pleasant & helpful. Wonderful experience.
 
 
 
 
 
this is the best hotel i have ever stayed at!!!

My experience at Staybridge Suites was one of the best hotel experiences I've had by far! The employees were very courtious to my families needs, and the housekeeping do a excellent job...especially the front desk employees Katrina and Brittany (look out for them!!) Along with being courtious, they were very friendly as well...all the staff! The rooms were very well kept and the size accomodated us very well! Any time we return to the Sunnyvale area, we definately know who to call!
