Comfort Inn Levittown, Levittown

We thought the hotel would be nice because we saw it advertise on the Sesame Place website. When we got there we notice the hotel didn't look clean. It seemed to be in the middle of a not very nice area. There were stains on the carpets and the breakfast areaand ice machine was dirty. I am not use to staying in the top of the line hotels but they have to be clean. We decided to take a look at the room and hoped it would be better then the lobby. The room smelled like urine and it didn't look remodeled like they advertised. Again there were stains on the carpet and I didn't want my toddler sleeping in or playing on the floor of a place that looked and smelled like that. We went to the front desk after seeing the room. We asked the person at the desk for a nicer room. The only room remodeled ($250 a night) which was fine after the last room we saw but was not even available. They said they had nothing else to offer us. We checked out and asked for our money back. The hotel refused and still will not even return my calls. I have worked for nice hotels in the past and I know hotel policies but if the hotel smells like urine, has stains on the carpet, and doesn't honor what is advertised you shouldn't be expected to stay there or pay full price if you leave.
