Loved the Beds!
By tiffanyM, 06/14/08
The beds were my favorite part of staying at the Marriott. It was literally like sinking into a soft fluffy cloud. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was all right. Some of them seemed a little uppity to me and not very personable at all. Other than that, I'd stay there again for just the beds alone....

First Impressions
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/08
I loved everything about this hotel. The level of comfort was second to none and I have stayed in some of the best hotels. The two most memorable featues of my stay at the Peabody Marriott were the personnel at the front desk and the luxurious kind size bed. I thought I was sleeping on a cloud. Keep in mind I have had back surgery and had a total hip replacement just a couple of months prior to my stay there. I'm going back in a week. I could stay at a less expensive hotel, but it just wouldn't be the same. Great Service! Great Attitude! Great Bed! Lou

Amazing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/24/08
The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! They care about all their guests and it really shows. The hotel is perfect for travel between Boston and Cape Ann, and is right next to Salem. love this Marriott and I can't wait to visit again.

A bad stay.
By john, 10/01/07
We traveled to this motel for a medical trip for my wife who has been ill. Live 250 miles north of Boston and decided to drive through a pretty serious storm to make her appointment. Were delighted to see just rain when we crossed the Mass line and had booked this motel because we had had good luck with other Marriot's in the past. It was dark when we pulled into the parking lot and as I got out of my vehicle I noticed I had driven over a pile of glass. It was around 5 pm when I checked in and told the lady at the counter about the glass. She said she was aware of it and said someone would take care of it. I checked on the glass a couple of times while trying to get internet service with no results on eather situation. I checked back in at the desk at around 7 and a diffrent lady was on, and told me it would be taken care of. I told her we had to go out to eat and my wife wasn't well. She promised me she would have someone clean up the glass. At 8:30 the glass was still there and I regrettably decided to walk to get dinner with my wife. She fell in the parking lot and we returned to the lobby. No one offerd to help. Her knees were both bleeding badly. We retreated to our room and I treated her there. At 8am the following morning the glass was still there. I asked for the general manager. She was very rude to us and unwilling to take care of the glass. I wound up having to drive over it to get out. They could have at least offerd me a broom and dust pan. I wrote to Marriot and received no response. This is my response. I now Boycott all Marriot establishments. I hope you do too.
