Way over Price - Poor service

The coffee pot in the room did not work, the bed was small, I had left my jacket in the room so I call the next day they put me thru to the head of housekeeping voice mail. She did not return my call so I called again the next day and talked to the front desk they told me that they would check with housekeeping and give me a call back. She did not call me back!!!!!! The parking area was small we had just bought a new car when we left the next morning there was a dent in our back door.
