Great Stay!

A warm and very refreshing hotel stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast a nice touch. Would return when we come back to the area. Really close to St. Charles were we needed to be but also close the Dave and Busters and the casino!

Wonderful Experience!

The lobby was very stylish and clean. The hotel room and breakfast room were also clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the back patio over looking the fountains. I would stay at this hotel again and I do recommend it to other travelers. I found that the room rate was very reasonable you got a lot for what you were paying.

What a wonderful express hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. The location is perfect to Dave and Busters and the local area sites. The hotel was clean and the breakfast bar was tasty! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!!!

Way over Price - Poor service

The coffee pot in the room did not work, the bed was small, I had left my jacket in the room so I call the next day they put me thru to the head of housekeeping voice mail. She did not return my call so I called again the next day and talked to the front desk they told me that they would check with housekeeping and give me a call back. She did not call me back!!!!!! The parking area was small we had just bought a new car when we left the next morning there was a dent in our back door.

Not again!

We picked this Holiday Inn because of location to Dave and Buster's, price, and amenities. This was a bad decision. They cancelled our room reservation and claimed that I did it, even though I showed up with my room confirmation number. Then they had to put us in a smoking room because that was the only thing available even though we wanted a non-smoking room due to allergies. They had none of the promised amenities that drew us here - pool had been drained, no hot tub as promised. The hot continental breakfast we were promised was canned cinnamon rolls or bread that you could toast. We had lots of headaches from trying to checkin and trying to tell the front desk people that I did not call and cancel any room. Checkin took 30-45 minutes. There were a lot of other unhappy people in the lobby also having trouble with their room reservations. Also overcharged me on the room but said that's the price that they had, not the one that I was told upon reservation. Overall, bad experience! Positives: great location from Dave and Buster's and clean room. We will not be staying here again.
