Less than stellar experience.
While a continental breakfast is offered, the chances of getting food is problematic. We stayed there for six nights. One morning there was sausage gravy but no biscuits (and no eggs). Next day, biscuits but no gravy (and still no eggs). Another morning, they ran out of milk long before breakfast was to be over, which was a problem for many parents with little kids (and still no eggs). We did finally manage to get a decent breakfast on the fifth morning. Given their breakfast issues, I wish they would just get rid of it and charge less for the room. We ended up going out to breakfast two mornings regardless.
On the third morning, my daughter noticed that one black flip-flop and one white flip-flop was missing from the room. Since the sheets on their bed (but not ours) had been changed, I thought that possibly the flip-flops had been caught up in the dirty sheets. I went and spoke with the head of housekeeping, but unfortunately she didn't speak English. After finding an interpreter, the maid had indeed picked up the flip-flops in the dirty sheets and they were returned.
Finally, we made reservations for 4 people, my wife and I and our two adult daughters. Yet, everyday we would only receive 3 bath towels. So every day required a call to the front desk to get an additional towel. I know it seems like a petty thing, but if I'm required to specify the number of peoples when a reservation is made, why can't they use that information to make sure the room is properly prepared?
There was a couple of good points. There was a maintenance man (worked the pool area) who was always trying to help out at breakfast to get people things they needed (the regular breakfast "server" was English-challenged). Also, the female desk clerk who worked days did her best to keep things running smoothly, as difficult as that was.
